'Leadership in Focus' is published quarterly by the Victorian Principals Association (VPA), and comprises 36 pages of material carefully selected for its relevance to school leaders. Many articles are written by school leaders, specifically for their colleagues. The Editorial Board of 'Leadership in Focus' comprises practising school leaders from Australian States and Territories.
'Leadership in Focus' provides a broad range of articles for school leaders, from the practical through to the theoretical. Some articles are light-hearted; others provide a serious debate on current issues in school leadership. Humour is always a part of the journal, with cartoons a regular feature. 'Global Campus' provides education news from overseas. There are also regular columns on information technology, media management and news from the Australian state and territory principal associations.
'Leadership in Focus' is included as a benefit of membership for the VPA Members.
The cost of four issues of 'Leadership in Focus is $80, which includes GST. Subscription is not calendar year-based. Your subscription will commence with the next issue and continue until you have received four issues, at which time you will be re-issued with an invoice to renew.

'Leadership in Focus' is always seeking short articles from school leaders and other educationists on a broad range of topics relating to educational leadership.
Comments (up to 350 words), short articles (up to 700 words) and longer articles (up to 2,800 words) are urgently sought for the Year 2006 series of our principals' journal.
